Property Manager

Northern Property REIT is looking for an experienced property management professional to join its team as a Property Manager. The individual should be motivated, enjoy working with people and possess previous supervisory experience.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, your primary responsibilities include:

• Performance management of the rest of the team
• Preparing and following annual budgets
• Ensuring effective management of the buildings in your region
